Your success is based on your ability to personally sponsor two or three people to become qualified to receive commissions. The Entrepreneurs of the Roundtable's system automatically fills the open positions.

 

Therefore, there are no open positions in the matrix and the organization is always growing. With each member filling their personal obligation of two or three people there is never a shortage.

 

The membership is always growing by members inviting more and more people to participate in this association. However, there are other powerful marketing resources at work, Social Media Ads Campaigns, Online Videos Marketing, Television and Radio Marketing (ie. commercials and radio interviews). There are always new people available to help members fill any open positions in their matrices.
